RaiseReady is an internal GetBestPest operations app.
Purpose
RaiseReady uses technician, service, receipt, review, vehicle, and card-charge evidence to calculate scorecards, receipt completion, coaching status, and operational follow-up.
Plaid Data
Plaid is used only for read-only transaction access after an authorized manager connects the account. The app stores normalized posted charge evidence needed for receipt matching, such as date, merchant, amount, account mask, category, and technician/cardholder mapping. Bank login credentials are not stored.
Access
Manager-only areas are restricted by role. Technician accounts can view their own scorecard, profile, and receipt tools. Plaid access tokens and app secrets are stored outside the app database in the local system keychain.
Retention
Scorecard evidence is retained while it is needed for payroll, coaching, receipt audits, and compliance review. Data deletion requests are handled by a manager or owner after confirming the request does not conflict with business recordkeeping obligations.
Suggested headers: review_date, reviewer_name, customer_name, customer_phone, rating, review_text, source, business_page. Technician is optional; the app will match the review to the most recent FieldRoutes service by phone or customer name.

FieldRoutes Customer Search columns: Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Phone 1, Phone 2, Email Address. The SMS queue matches by customer ID first, then phone or name.
